How do I make a payment?

We support multiple convenient options to make a payment. Please note that your payment must be received by 11:59 PM ET on your payment due date to be considered on time.

Electronic Payments

Electronic payments are the fastest and best way to avoid potential late payments. This option requires a connected bank account.

  1. Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
  2. Click the "Pay" button on the home screen or navigate to "Payments"
  3. Enter payment amount
  4. Choose “Pay now” or “Pay later”

Once you confirm your payment, it will appear in your card activity. Payments may take up to 3-5 business days to post to your account.

How do I schedule a future payment?

You can schedule a future electronic payment. When making the payment, select "Pay later" and choose the desired date.

Bill Pay

Bill Pay through your bank or credit union is sent via check, which takes approximately 10 days. Electronic payments directly through the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co are much faster and are the best way to avoid potential late payments. We will process your payment on the date that we receive it, and this date is recorded as the payment date.

  1. Log into your bank or credit union's Bill Pay feature
  2. Find where to Add a New Payee
  3. Ensure you are adding a Company, rather than an Individual payee. Search for the payee Imprint and Holiday Inn Club Vacations® and select it from the list.
  4. When asked for your account number, enter your 8 character account number, which you can find in the upper right corner of Page 1 of your statement, or in your Imprint online account under the Payments menu. Please do not enter your 16-digit credit card number, even if your bank Bill Pay suggests it--doing so could delay or prevent payment processing.
  5. If prompted for a payee address, please use:

    Imprint Payments, Inc.

  6. Make sure to use the new payee you just added for all future payments, including any recurring or scheduled payments you may have already set up

By Check

Mailing and processing a check takes approximately 10 days, access to your credit line may not be immediately available. Electronic payments directly through the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co are much faster and are the best way to avoid potential late payments. We will process your check on the date that we receive it, and this date is recorded as the payment date.

To pay by check following these instructions:

  1. Include the full name of the primary account holder
  2. Pay to the order of Imprint and Holiday Inn Club Vacations®
  3. Add your payment amount (which should not exceed your account balance)
  4. In the check memo, include your unique account number (which you can find in the upper right corner of Page 1 of your statement)
  5. Mail to:
