How do I request a replacement card?

To request a new Physical Card please follow the steps below:

In the Imprint App:

  1. Select your Holiday Inn Club VacationsTM World Mastercard®
  2. Tap the card image
  3. Toggle 'Report issue with physical card '
  4. Select the reason you need a new card and confirm your address

A new card will be shipped to you.

 

To request a new Virtual Card please follow these steps:

In the Imprint App:

  1. Select your Holiday Inn Club VacationsTM World Mastercard®
  2. Tap the card image
  3. Tap 'Get a new virtual card number'

This will generate a brand-new virtual card number for you.

Please note: Once a new card is requested the old card numbers will be deactivated.
