To request a new Physical Card please follow the steps below:
In the Imprint App:
- Select your Holiday Inn Club VacationsTM World Mastercard®
- Tap the card image
- Toggle 'Report issue with physical card '
- Select the reason you need a new card and confirm your address
A new card will be shipped to you.
To request a new Virtual Card please follow these steps:
In the Imprint App:
- Select your Holiday Inn Club VacationsTM World Mastercard®
- Tap the card image
- Tap 'Get a new virtual card number'
This will generate a brand-new virtual card number for you.
Please note: Once a new card is requested the old card numbers will be deactivated.
